At YinzerShop, we want you to love your Pittsburgh-inspired gear, but if it's not the right fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
